We Make FanFest harnesses the shared spirit of creators and fans wanting to make a mark on their fandom. When we allow fans and creators to play a role in creation, they can actively ‘own’ the festival. From the trailer, line-up, merch to main show - creators and fans will co-create FanFest like never before.

We Make FanFest spans multiple regions, including Indonesia, Japan, Korea, and Singapore (YTFF 10th anniversary). Assets and social ideas are localised to align with market objectives and tailored to resonate with cultural nuances.

Eclectic, maximalist & boldPartnering with Leandro Assis (an illustrator based in Brazil), #Wemake Fanfest now embodies an elevated, modern DIY aesthetic, characterized by an eclectic mix of media, overlays, collages, and scribbles. The design is maximalist, featuring bold typography, vibrant colors, stickers, and emojis.

We then scaled and wove this new identity across the entire show and promotional campaign. This encompassed strategic integration into social media, public relations, meet-and-greet events, paid media, and beyond.



YTFF Fanstage UGC

Fan Stage takes place featuring UGC content. We see fans performing, giving us a tour of their room filled with their fan collections, or even recreating past Fanfest moments. 

This is their chance to share the stage with creators.
